Every time I go to Punch Pizza I get the same thing: Napoli with proscuitto done doppio style but cut. Meaning, double helping of Mozzarella di Bufala and twice as much extra virgin olive oil. This week the good people of Punch Pizza are giving away my favorite cheese until they run out.
